Final reflection
I think a lot of people alleviate stress by forgetting about their stress and do something they like to do. Like playing a game or reading a book. I think it’s important to control your feelings because if you don’t control your feelings then you might do something you wouldn’t normally do. Like you might say really bad words or you might hit someone. I think it’s important to claim your feelings because when you’re in a tough situation and you want to talk to someone about your feelings, then you have be able to express yourself because if you don’t express your feelings then they might think that you are feeling one way when your not. And because they think you are feeling one way when you’re not, then they won’t be able to help you. When you’re in a tough situation, a good way to solve it is to try and work out the problem very calmly and clearly. A bad way to try and handle it would be to hit someone or do something bad. I think the best thing to teach about conflict next year is to try and calm yourself down because in my opinion it is a very good way to solve a conflict.
